I called in sick to work
I just finished eating breakfast 40 minutes ago

If you have not already done so you need to start listening to muse
They're very good
And their drummer is stunning

It's going to be a good summer
Much better than the last
This is also because we swore to each-other that this year would be better than the last over Christmas
I'm going to school
In October
For 10.5 months
I love what i do for a job 80% of the time
I have an amazing girlfriend (to say the least)
And i'm in a good place with almost all of my friends
We really should make promises like this to each other more often

Summer started
So did work
And many other things ending
At the moment i'm planning on being in arizona by october for 10 months or so
Weird huh?
So for the moment i have most of my life figured out
I'll let you know when that moment ends
Somehow this feels right
It's a big step, but i think i'm ready for it
Plus i know i'll have all of your support
It's better than the marines, right?
I'm going to move somewhere far away for the rest of the summer
Or until all the people predicting the end of the world finally become right

| I decided sometime earlier today that i should take up jogging again...
I did tonight
And the bay is still really cold as of 10:45 p.m. on this wednesday evening
I'm coming to the reality very quickly that i am not going anywhere this fall
There are some good things about this and some not very good things
Somewhere on the jog tonight i decided i was going to be alright with it and that everything would (eventually) work out
I'm planing my big finale with the youth group and putting some more of this together
This is weird
I think i have the plan of part of my future down
I'll go to some form of sound school, get my degree, work in a studio for awhile, and then start my own studio
As for now, i can't really do anything else except apply for some more colleges and see what doors slam in my face and what ones open...
Even though i decided some of this on the jog, it wasn't the jog that calmed me down and helped me put things in perspective...

| I've decided i hate mondays
Again
Shocking right?
I had a great weekend which is probably contributing heavily to my grumpy mood at the moment
I've had the same life plan for over two weeks now, which is slightly crazy
I can't for the life of me put together a complete thought
So i guess not a lot has changed
It did remind me of those good old days when i would be staring at my grammar book wishing i knew swear words to shout loudly at it instead of just giving my mother the death glare...
On a much brighter side of life my parents leave for 5 days very early tomorrow morning
hehehe
This might be a cause for some of you to be concerned
Well that and the fact that i continue to talk to my dog on a very regular basis
And they say home schoolers are weird
Phbt...
Take that world
I'm ready for summer
Instead of snow mixed with rain tomorrow
And the next day
I think it's time to find a good book and a very large mug of coffee and make the basement my own for the rest of the evening
I may be covered in rain but she's definitely the brightest thing i got and why my weekend was so amazing...
